How to watch men’s boxing heavyweight gold medal fight via live stream in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics

We go over how to live stream Friday’s men’s heavyweight boxing final in the 2021 Tokyo Summer Olympics.

The 2021 Tokyo Olympics head into the final weekend soon and just before that on Friday morning we’ll see the men’s boxing heavyweight gold medal decided. ROC boxer Muslim Gadzhimagomedov will face off against Cuban fighter Julio la Cruz to close out the Friday schedule. The bout is scheduled to begin at 2:05 a.m. ET, which is 3:05 p.m. ET in Tokyo.

The heavyweight gold medal bout will air live via online stream at NBCOlympics.com and through the NBC Sports mobile app. It will then air on replay at 2:30 p.m. ET Friday afternoon on USA. If you aren’t in front of a TV, you can also get a trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the fight.

Gadzhimagomedov is the top seed in this tournament and is favored to win at DraftKings Sportsbook. He is installed at -265 to win while La Cruz is a +210 underdog.

Gadzhimagomedov cruised through his first three fights with 5-0, 5-0, and 4-1 victories. He won a silver medal at the 2017 European Championships and gold medals at the 2019 World Championships and European Games. la Cruz won his first bout 5-0 and his next two 4-1 each. He won the light heavyweight gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
