The 2021 Tokyo Olympics wrap up Sunday afternoon, and four boxing gold medals will be handed out on the final day. The schedule features the men’s and women’s lightweight finals, the women’s middleweight finals, and the men’s super heavyweight finals.
The four fights will air live via stream at NBCOlympics.com and through the NBC Sports mobile app. You’ll need a cable subscription for access. It does not appear that there will be a replay of the final four bouts.
That’s rather disappointing because Sunday’s card features a larger than normal number of American fighters. Entering this final slate of fights, America has won two medals. Duke Ragan won men’s featherweight silver and Oshae Jones won women’s welterweight bronze. The final day will feature American lightweight Keyshawn Davis facing Cuban Andy Cruz and American heavyweight Richard Torrez Jr. facing Uzebki Bakhodir Jalolov. It really should be broadcast!
