The DreamHack Open resumes on Tuesday with another packed schedule. Three games constitute DraftKings’ main CS:GO (DH) slate. We take an in-depth look at some considerations for your roster.
One of my CS:GO fantasy thumb rules is specifically for ZywOo: when Vitality is one of the best teams on a slate, ZywOo should be an easy choice for Captain. He has been in simply sensational form this year. His recent form has been quite astounding too. Against Fnatic in the previous game, he managed 70 kills with 39 deaths, dominating the AWP to carry Vitality to a 2-1 win almost single-handedly.
Others to consider: Stavn ($15,000)
High-priced flex options
Stavn has managed the AWP very well this year. In fact, his long-range prowess has been one of the primary reasons for Heroic’s unprecedented rise up the CS:GO rankings. He had 49 kills and 32 deaths in the previous game with an average damage per round of 97.3 and a KAST of 84.6%.
Shox is coming off a terrible game. That can often happen in professional CS:GO. He had 27 kills and 49 deaths in that win against Fnatic. That was atypically underwhelming, especially after a solid few months. He is currently averaging 53.1 DKFP per game. Fantasy owners will want a bit more. He should deliver that on Tuesday.
Godsent was thrashed 2-0 (16-3, 16-10) by Astralis on Monday. After a drubbing of that nature, statistical returns don’t mean much. zehN had 23 kills and 37 deaths in that defeat. Apart from that performance, he has been quite consistent. His AK proficiency has helped him increase his overall offensive output, which is now 53.6 DKFP per game.
Others to consider: niko ($9,000).
Value flex options
Farlig’s value has dropped dramatically. Prior to his acquisition, he was fantastic with the AK and the AWP for Copenhagen Flames. He even made a commendable start with his new franchise but he hasn’t been able to sustain that level of output. However, if he has a good day, his value will be far higher than the $6,800 you will pay for him. He had 29 kills and 34 deaths in the previous game against Astralis, leading Godsent in kills.
For a player of his caliber, nawwk can be guilty of not performing well consistently. He is starting to banish that reputation now. His form is terrific, especially after a game-leading performance against Sprout in the previous game. He had 59 kills and 43 deaths with an ADR of 78.9. He even had a 1v2 clutch win and three AWP kills in a single round in the first map.
Others to consider: RpK ($7,600)
