Contest Leaderboard
After a big first half, Tyreek Hill ($7,800; 60.9 DKFP) didn’t slow down very much in the second half and finished with three receiving touchdowns and a massive 269 yards by hauling in 13-of-15 targets. Hill had almost 20 DKFP more than any other player on the slate with only Derrick Henry ($7,900; 41.5 DKFP) anywhere close. The top entry in the Milly Maker ‘pickedtherightscrub’ had both of those stars and got good value production from Baker Mayfield ($5,300; 18.42 DKFP), who was only owned in 1.2% of entries. The other low-ownership differentiators in that entry were Jarvis Landry ($5,200; 31.3 DKFP), who was owned in just 3.0% of entries, and Henry, who was only owned in 7.0% of entries.
The second place entry, ‘bbuckets’ closed in thanks to a monster game from Latavius Murray ($5,900; 28.6 DKFP), who was owned in just 0.6% of lineups, but Mecole Hardman ($4,200; 5.3 DKFP) was a bit of a bust. The ‘bbuckets’ entry also had a great cheap play with Gabriel Davis ($3,000; 16.9 DKFP), who had a big game at the minimum. Seven of the top 11 entries had Patrick Mahomes ($8,000; 35.28 DKFP), three had Kirk Cousins ($6,100; 30.18 DKFP) and only the winner built around Baker.

Standout Performers
Late Standouts
Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 60.9 DKFP
Hill’s 269 receiving yards were the 15th-most in NFL history and his 60.9 DKFP was the seventh-most DFKP by any WR all-time. His 13 catches were a career-best and he matched a career-best with his three touchdowns. He now has eight scores in his past four games with at least 98 yards and 25 DKFP in four-straight. The Bucs’ secondary has had a few good games this season, but they were shredded consistently throughout this contest and had no answers for Hill. The Cheetah had a truly historic performance, and this week will always be remembered as the week that he broke the slate.
Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 35.28 DKFP
Mahomes threw for 462 yards and three touchdowns in an incredible stack with Hill. He ran for 28 yards as well and lost a fumble. Mahomes has over 34 DKFP in three of his past four starts and has totalled 14 touchdowns over that same span. He and the Chiefs will look to keep rolling next week as they host the Broncos on Sunday Night Football.
Latavius Murray, New Orleans Saints at Denver Broncos, 28.6 DKFP
The Saints were ahead of the Broncos by a comfortable margin for most of the day since Denver was forced to play without any of their QBs due to COVID-19 precautions. As a result, Murray got most of the work with the Saints in clock-killing mode. Murray had his best game of the season and just his third game with double-digit DKFP.
Early Standouts
Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts, 41.5 DKFP
The Titans broke open their rematch with the Colts early, who were undermanned in the middle of their defensive line and no match for King Henry as a result. Henry totaled 178 yards on his 27 carries with three touchdowns while also hauling in 2-of-4 targets for seven more yards. Henry has at least 19 DKFP in seven of his 11 games this season and is a top RB to consider every week. He has over 100 yards in three straight games and five of his past seven.
Jarvis Landry, Cleveland Browns at Jacksonville Jaguars, 31.3 DKFP
A season-ending injury to WR1 Odell Beckham Jr. opened the door for Landry to step up, but he had been battling injuries and ineffectiveness so far this season. He was very busy on Sunday afternoon in Jacksonville, though, leading all WRs on the early slate with 31.3 DKFP on eight catches for 143 yards and a touchdown. He had been held under 10 DKFP in over half of his games before this breakout performance and his previous season-high was only 15.28 DKFP.
Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings vs. Carolina Panthers, 30.18 DKFP
Cousins was the highest-scoring QB in the early wave of games while helping the Vikings rally for the win. He threw three touchdowns against the Panthers, finishing with 307 yards and completing 35-of-45 passes. He did lose a fumble but still was the best QB option on the board early.
James Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cleveland Browns, 29.9 DKFP
The Jaguars relied heavily on Robinson with Mike Glennon ($4,600; 18 DKFP) becoming the third QB to start for Jacksonville this season. Robinson took the pressure off, though, with 22 carries for 128 yards and a touchdown while also hauling in 5-of-6 targets for 31 yards.
Fantasy Football Highlights
4 p.m. ET games — Second Half
On the bright side, the Broncos didn’t get shut out by the Saints even though they didn’t have a QB. They did still lose 31-3, though, and only managed six first downs and 12 yards passing. The Saints were led by Latavius Murray ($5,900; 28.6 DKFP) who had a much better game than Alvin Kamara ($8,200; 6.2 DKFP). Murray had two scores — including the one in the highlight below — and Taysom Hill ($6,200; 18.52 DKFP) also had a pair of rushing scores with 44 rushing yards and 78 passing yards.

In the NFC West matchup between the Rams and 49ers, Los Angeles stormed back with 17-straight points in the second half to take a 20-17 lead. The 49ers answered back, though, with a FG from Robbie Gould to tie the game with 3:11 left and then a 42-yarder to win the game, 23-20, as time expired. Deebo Samuel ($5,400; 26.0 DKFP) had a big game in his return, and Cam Akers ($4,200; 14.4 DKFP) had 84 yards and a touchdown, while also ripping off the 61-yard run highlighted in this tweet.

The title bout on the card for the day was definitely the Chiefs visiting the Bucs. Tyreek Hill ($7,800; 60.9 DKFP) stole the show with an impressive supporting role from his QB Patrick Mahomes ($8,000; 35.28 DKFP). Despite their dominant performance, the Bucs closed to within a field goal after Mike Evans ($6,100; 20.0 DKFP) caught a touchdown from Tom Brady ($6,600; 26.7 DKFP) in the fourth quarter. Mahomes picked up a key first down in the highlight below and the Chiefs survived the late scare and still got a nice road win.

4 p.m. ET games — First Half
There were three games in the late window starting at 4 p.m. ET or later. The Saints visited the QB-free Broncos in one of those games. Saints QB Taysom Hill ($6,200) had a pair of rushing scores in the first half, including the highlight below, and a Wil Lutz FG put New Orleans ahead 17-0 at halftime. The Broncos used multiple QBs but didn’t have one complete pass in the first half and WR Kendall Hinton went 0-for-7 with an interception.

The Rams hosted the 49ers in an NFC West battle and Raheem Mostert ($5,600) returned from IR to score the only touchdown of the first half. San Francisco led 7-3 at halftime with Deebo Samuel ($5,400) making his presence felt in his return as well with a handful of first-half receptions.

The Chiefs got not just one but two long touchdowns from Patrick Mahomes ($8,000) to Tyreek Hill ($7,800), including the one in the highlight below. After a Mahomes fumble in the red zone, though, the Bucs made it a game with a touchdown from Tom Brady ($6,600) to Ronald Jones II ($6,100). At halftime, Mahomes was already over 300 passing yards, and Hill was over 200 receiving yards as the Chiefs had the lead, 20-7.

1 p.m. ET games — Second Half
The Panthers DST ($2,600; 19.0 DKFP) came to play in the second half with rookie Jeremy Chinn becoming the first player in NFL history with 10-plus tackles and 2-plus defensive TDs in a game. His second score in the highlight below gave Carolina a 21-10 lead. After each team kicked a field goal, Justin Jefferson ($6,300; 26.0 DKFP) had his second score of the day to close the gap to 24-21. After a Panthers’ FG, Kirk Cousins ($6,100; 30.18 DKFP) drove the Vikings down the field and hit Chad Beebe ($3,000; 18.3 DKFP) for the go-ahead score after Beebe muffed a punt earlier in the fourth quarter.

The Patriots also rallied from an early deficit with 17 straight points to take a 17-10 lead on James White’s ($4,500; 14.7 DKFP) second touchdown of the game. The Cardinals answered back with a long drive that ended in a Kenyan Drake ($5,400; 24.3 DKFP) touchdown to tie the game back up. After Zane Gonzalez missed a field goal, Nick Folk hit the game-winner at the buzzer after Cam Newton ($6,400; 5.96 DKFP) scrambled for a first down to convert a 3rd-and-13 as one of the only highlights in a disappointing fantasy day for Cam.
In Buffalo, Josh Allen ($7,600; 17.48 DKFP) ran for a touchdown at the start of the third quarter. As the Chargers were trying to climb back in the game, they got a touchdown from Joshua Kelley ($4,000; 9.6 DKFP) on fourth down to cut the lead to 24-14. Buffalo held on to win 27-17 after some suspect play-calling by the Chargers, who still got a big game from Justin Herbert ($7,200; 20.44 DKFP), who continues to impress.
After looking like a playoff threat last week against the Chiefs, the Raiders had a huge letdown game against the Falcons. Derek Carr ($5,700; 4.6 DKFP) threw a pick-six in the highlight below as the Falcons built a 23-6 lead. Carr finished with four turnovers and the Falcons DST ($2,200; 28 DKFP) ended up with a huge game as a result. Matt Ryan ($5,900; 14.9 DKFP) connected with Brandon Powell ($3,000; 8.4 DKFP) to extend Atlanta’s lead. Ito Smith ($4,000; 17.5 DKFP) also had a rushing score and the Falcons crushed the Raiders, 40-6.

The Dolphins led the Jets 13-3 before Ryan Fitzpatrick ($5,500; 19.28 DKFP) hit Adam Shaheen ($2,500; 7.7 DKFP) for a touchdown with just under seven minutes left in the fourth quarter for the 20-3 final score. The other New York team fared better, as the Giants kicked three field goals in the second half and held on to beat the Bengals, 19-17, despite a late touchdown from Brandon Allen ($4,800; 8.14 DKFP) to Tee Higgins ($4,700; 15.4 DKFP).
After Tyler Eifert ($2,600; 10.6 DKFP) scored a touchdown to get the Jaguars back in front of Cleveland, the Browns relied on their run game and Nick Chubb ($7,100; 29.6 DKFP) had a touchdown to get to exactly 100 yards, which put his team up, 27-19. James Robinson ($6,300; 29.9 DKFP) answered with his own rushing score and a 100-yard game. Jacksonville wasn’t able to get the two-point conversion, though, so the Browns still walked away with the 27-25 win.
The Titans built a huge lead in the first half and led 38-14 before Jacoby Brissett ($4,400; 12.3 DKFP) had his second short-yardage rushing score of the game to make it 38-20. After Philip Rivers ($6,100; 18.8 DKFP) hit T.Y. Hilton ($3,900; 18.1 DKFP) for a touchdown, A.J. Brown ($6,700; 25.8 DKFP) returned an onside kick for a score in the highlight below for his second touchdown of the day.

1 p.m. ET games — First Half
The first touchdown of the early slate came from Kenyan Drake ($5,400), who punched in a one-yard score after a Cam Newton ($6,400) interception to put the Arizona Cardinals up 7-0 over the New England Patriots. After an Arizona field goal, the Patriots responded with a fourth-down touchdown by James White ($4,500) to cut the lead to 10-7. The Cardinals drove to the goal line just before halftime but were stopped on fourth down as time expired.
Just after Drake’s short score, Wayne Gallman ($5,000) put the New York Giants up 7-0 with a one-yard plunge on fourth down after a 53-yard pass to TE Evan Engram ($4,500). Playing their first game without Joe Burrow (knee), the Cincinnati Bengals responded by returning the ensuing kickoff 103 yards for a touchdown in the highlight below. Each team added a field goal to tie the game, 10-10, at halftime.

In upstate New York, the Buffalo Bills took an early lead over the Los Angeles Chargers on a touchdown pass from Josh Allen ($7,600) to Dawson Knox ($3,000). Justin Herbert ($7,200) answered back, though, with a touchdown pass to Keenan Allen ($8,000). After a missed extra point, the Bills went up by eight points on the trick-play in the highlight below. After adding a field goal, Buffalo took a 17-6 lead to the break.

With Adam Thielen on the reserve/COVID-19 list, the Minnesota Vikings went to rookie Justin Jefferson ($6,300) for their first score of the day to go up 7-0 against the Carolina Panthers. Carolina answered back at the two-minute warning with the 41-yard touchdown in the highlight below from Teddy Bridgewater ($6,300) to Robby Anderson ($6,100). A 53-yard field goal from Dan Bailey in the closing seconds of the half put Minnesota up 10-7 at the break.

The Tennessee Titans were out to avenge their divisional loss from two weeks ago to the Indianapolis Colts, and they got on the board with a 12-yard rushing touchdown from Derrick Henry ($7,900). The pass was slightly backward, so it was ruled a rushing score even though he caught the ball from Ryan Tannehill ($5,800). Trey Burton ($3,200) continued to be a red zone focus for the Colts, as they leveled the score, 7-7. Tennessee regained the lead with a nice 69-yard touchdown pass from Tannehill to A.J. Brown ($6,700) in the highlight below. Jacoby Brissett ($4,400) vultured a one-yard rushing score from both Jordan Wilkins ($4,000) and Nyheim Hines ($4,600) to tie things back up at 14-14 at the start of the second quarter. Henry added two more scores in the second quarter and was already up to 140 yards rushing at halftime. Tannehill scored a one-yard QB sneak just before halftime, as the Titans hung 35 points on the Colts in the first half and took a 35-14 lead to the locker room.

After the Cleveland Browns went three-and-out, the Jacksonville Jaguars kicked a field goal to go up 3-0. Jarvis Landry ($5,200) scored his first touchdown of the season, though, to put the Browns on top, 7-3. Veteran backup Mike Glennon ($4,600) had an answer, though, hitting Collin Johnson ($3,000) for a 46-yard touchdown. The Browns took the lead back, though, with a touchdown by Austin Hooper ($3,800) just before halftime.
The Falcons got on the board first with a pair of field goals in their game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Las Vegas went for it on fourth down and converted with the big play in the highlight below to Henry Ruggs ($4,300). The Raiders only got a field goal, though, and a late touchdown pass to Calvin Ridley ($7,100) gave the Falcons the 13-3 lead.
