Liverpool and Tottenham, jointly sitting atop the English Premier League, face each other on Wednesday. That and two other games make up a three-game late slate from Wednesday’s action. We break down some picks for your DraftKings roster.

Set your DraftKings lineup here: EPL $35K Counter Attack Special [$10K to 1st] (Late)

Mohamed Salah ($10,600)

Rather predictably, Salah is near the top of the English Premier League’s goal-scoring charts. His total of 10 goals puts him second, behind only Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin. He has taken 41 shots this season and has also chipped in with two assists. His speed off the ball has also been a crucial facet of his game. Tottenham is a quality team but it might not be able to stop Salah easily.

Harry Kane ($9,700)

There aren’t too many better duos in the Premier League this season than Kane and Son. Kane has scored nine goals this season, second-highest for Tottenham. Such is his offensive proficiency that he is leading Tottenham in two other metrics – assists (10) and shots taken (46). He might have a harder time breaking through Liverpool’s back four, but Kane often finds a way against the best.

Others to consider: Sebastien Haller ($8,300)

Son Heung-Min ($10,100)

Tottenham is leading the Premier League this season, primarily on a stellar offensive core that has helped the club rack up 24 goals so far. Son has scored nearly half of those (10). Some of his goals have been technically-efficient, delectable finishes. Output is an important fantasy KPI but instinct is also a crucial intangible factor. I wouldn’t leave Son out just for that.

Sadio Mane ($9,100)

Mane has taken his time getting into the season. After a sensational 2019-20 campaign, he started this season a bit sluggishly. Despite that, he has scored four goals and has taken 33 shots, second-highest for Liverpool. Another point to consider with Mane is his defensive skill. He has chipped in with 14 successful tackles and 18 aerial battles won, second in Liverpool in both metrics.

Others to consider: Wilfried Zaha ($9,300)

Trent Alexander-Arnold ($6,700)

Even though Liverpool and Alexander-Arnold have endured a completely different season, it’s always a reliable option to back quality in fantasy soccer. Alexander-Arnold has transitioned back into the starting XI nicely after a lengthy layoff. Alexander-Arnold is going to come around offensively as well soon. That matter of time may come as soon as Wednesday on the big stage against Tottenham.

Aaron Cresswell ($6,500)

Cresswell has been a force at the back this season for West Ham. In a transitional phase, he can easily contribute offensively with his strong left foot, too. He has four assists this season, including the game-winner against Leeds United in the previous game. There is also the additional probability of him keeping a clean sheet against Crystal Palace.

Lukasz Fabianski ($5,200)

Crystal Palace has scored 18 goals this season. That is an indicator of an improved offense, but the team’s modus operandi is more methodical, a bit like Wolves. West Ham, at home, has been quite solid apart from the occasional loss. Fabianski has kept four clean sheets this season, tied for second-most in the Premier League.

Others to consider: Alisson ($5,500)
