Brighton and Hove Albion, fresh off a 1-1 draw against Liverpool, will host Southampton at the Amex Stadium on Monday to conclude another EPL gameweek. Here is a look at the players to consider for your DraftKings roster.

Set your DraftKings lineup here: EPL Showdown $40K Counter Attack [$10K to 1st] (BHA vs SOU)

Captain

James Ward-Prowse ($15,600)

Ward-Prowse has been in terrific goal-scoring form. He has scored four goals in the last five EPL games for Southampton. Two of those goals were on direct free kicks. With Danny Ings ($11,200) still questionable, Ward-Prowse will have to lead most offensive plays, either from dead-ball situations or open play. Even though this price isn’t exactly cheap, it’s still affordable. He has averaged 15.1 DKFP per game, 0.1 points behind Ings’ fantasy output.

Others to consider: Che Adams ($13,800)

High-priced flex options

Che Adams ($9,200)

Adams is another player who has been given additional responsibility thanks to Ings’ injury. He has been quite steady in a central striker role — or even when he has been asked to drift wider to accommodate Walcott. Adams is leading Southampton in assists (three) and shots (20) this season. He has also scored three goals. These are fantastic numbers for his price.

Pascal Gross ($9,600)

There are two factors going against Gross’ potential selection on this slate. One, Brighton’s apparent offensive struggles this season. Two, his DraftKings price is quite high for a player that hasn’t quite hit his best. Still, it’s important to note that there is a high probability of an offensive contribution with Neal Maupay ($8,800) questionable for this game. He scored from the penalty spot in the previous game and has also managed two assists in his club’s last four EPL games.

Theo Walcott ($8,400)

Walcott hasn’t done much, from a tangible standpoint, this season. However, he adds plenty of experience for Southampton. He has speed down the right flank and has also been pushed further up the pitch in Southampton’s traditional 4-4-2 formation. He is also averaging 10.8 DKFP per game, third highest for Southampton.

Others to consider: Leandro Trossard ($8,600)

Value flex options

Danny Welbeck ($8,000)

Welbeck has slowly been integrated into the starting 11 for Brighton. Desperate to solve some offensive issues, Brighton made a smart acquisition to bring Welbeck in to provide impetus in the final third. He was given the entire 90 minutes on the pitch in a morale-boosting 1-1 draw against Liverpool in the previous game. His fantasy average of 8.3 DKFP per game should slowly move toward double digits.

Stuart Armstrong ($7,400)

Armstrong is a pivotal part of Southampton’s offense. He usually occupies the attacking midfielder role on the right wing, tasked with creating chances and occasionally drifting into the box to take shots, too. He has already chipped in with two assists this season. More impressively, he has taken 13 shots — third-highest for his club this season. He is averaging 8.4 DKFP per game, which isn’t close to bad considering his affordable price on this slate.

Others to consider: Ryan Bertrand ($6,000)
