Loken has the fourth-best kill rate in the LPL, behind Knight, JackeyLove and Hope. He has averaged 4.55 kills per game along with 6.73 assists. That’s the highest kill participation rate in JD Gaming. He has also averaged 85.9 DKFP per game. Against a struggling Vici Gaming team, that might increase.
Others to consider: Ruler ($11,700)
Rascal has a K/D of below 1. That’s usually a problem because that means for a high fantasy return, the assist rate has to be incredibly high. Rascal averages 6.63 assists, which is quite high for a top laner. That allows his KDA to move closer to 4 (3.84 currently). These are steady numbers for a price of $6,400.
Others to consider: Zoom ($6,600)
Wei has been a force from the jungle for eStar this split despite his team struggling for momentum. He has the most kills for eStar this season, with 3.35 per map. He also had 5.69 assists. This level of production for a jungler is rare. This level of production for a jungler with a price of $6,400 is even rarer.
Others to consider: Clid ($6,800)
I like Yagao for mid laner because of his strong disengagement style. He has been killed just 1.59 times per map, lowest in JD Gaming. A mid laner usually is at the center of fights, so that solid defense should help you derive value from his selection. He has also chipped in with 3.64 kills and 6.73 assists, solid kill participation metrics.
Others to consider: Bdd ($7,400)
You will normally see a slower pace in the LCK, which often equates to fewer kills. However, that’s a stereotype that isn’t true for all cases. Gen.G clearly has an advantage in their matchup against Afreeca Freecs, which should yield a high fantasy return for Ruler. He has 4.95 kills and as many assists per map in this summer season so far.
Others to consider: Wink ($7,000)
ShiauC has racked up 8.19 assists per game, helping his bot laner out immensely in fight situations. That high assist rate is despite eStar’s poor engagement game in this split. It won’t be long before eStar find the preferred fight style, which will further boost that kill participation and KDA for ShiauC.
JD Gaming ($5,400)
JD Gaming is currently third on the LPL standings, having won seven of nine series to date. The team is on a three-series winning streak. Vici Gaming has won five of eight series. The difference isn’t massive but JD Gaming certainly has the upper hand in depth of roster and momentum.
