Four English Premier League (EPL) games on Thursday are split equally based on start times. We take a look below at DraftKings’ early EPL slate, which includes a massive game between Leicester City and Sheffield United. Here are some studs and value options to consider for the slate.

Jamie Vardy ($9,700)
Vardy has enjoyed a sensational individual season so far. He is currently leading the goal-scoring charts in the Premier League with 23 goals. He has scored those in 16 games. Only one player has scored in more games in this season’s Premier League. He also likes Sheffield United as an opponent. He has scored the first goal in the last two games against Sheffield.
Others to consider: David McGoldrick ($5,500).
Dominic Calvert-Lewin ($7,200)
Calvert-Lewin hasn’t quite found goal-scoring momentum after Project Restart. However, he is a key part of Everton’s attacking core. Everton is also coming into this game on the back of a 3-0 thrashing at the hands of Wolves in the previous game. Calvert-Lewin has scored 13 goals this season. Back at Goodison Park, he will want to add to that tally.
Richarlison is the other influential part of Everton’s offensive lineup. He plays in a forward role, mostly on the left wing. Richarlison has scored 12 goals this season, which is an indicator that he had some good form on his side prior to the suspension of the EPL. Aston Villa is struggling in the relegation zone. There might not be a more vulnerable team for Richarlison and Everton to attack.
Harvey Barnes ($8,800)
Barnes was brought on late after Leicester succumbed in horrendous fashion on the road to Bournemouth on Sunday. Leicester was cruising with a 1-0 lead at halftime. With the top four still very much at stake, Barnes might return right back into the starting XI for this crucial game against another team vying for European spots.
Others to consider: Jack Grealish ($8,500)
Lucas Digne ($7,500)
One of the major reasons for Digne’s addition in this list is because he has seven assists for Everton in the Premier League this season. He usually takes the setpieces for Everton, including corners and even free kicks. Also, Everton and Aston Villa aren’t high-scoring teams. They prefer a slow-paced build-up, which means there are unlikely to be too many goals.
George Baldock ($4,700)
Here’s an impressive stat to justify this selection. Sheffield United has conceded 33 goals in 35 games, which is second fewest in the Premier League behind only Liverpool. That also equates to under a goal per game. On the road to Leicester City is a hard fixture, but Sheffield United has repeatedly overcome the odds this season.
Jordan Pickford ($5,000)
Aston Villa has scored just 38 goals this season. The team has lacked penetration and incision with their strikers. Everton will be desperate to end a miserable few weeks with a win back at home. I’d back Pickford and Everton to keep a clean sheet in this game.
Others to consider: Kasper Schmeichel ($5,200)
