Captain

Bruno Fernandes ($15,600)

Fernandes continued his sparkling form against Crystal Palace in the Premier League in midweek. He almost scored but his razing shot hit the post. He then played some delightful through-balls for his colleagues to latch on, including a nutmeg that played a direct hand in Manchester United’s second goal. If he can continue that bright form, Chelsea’s defense will have a hard time.

Others to consider: Marcus Rashford ($14,400)

High-priced flex options

Marcus Rashford ($9,600)

You can just see the benefits of a well-rested Rashford. The lockdown has improved his fitness significantly now. He has regained not just his confidence but also his goal-scoring form as well. He is combining beautifully in tandem with his fellow striker Anthony Martial. Even though there is the top four to play for, the FA Cup semifinal is a big game too.

Willian ($10,200)

Willian has seemed just a tad fatigued as this season has progressed since Project Restart. Yes, Chelsea has a different battle in the Premier League with Manchester United but that should stop on Sunday with a big FA Cup final at stake. Willian will have to pick himself up and put together a typically fluent passing and finishing performance.

Anthony Martial ($9,200)

There is renewed joy in Manchester United’s play. It might be farfetched to say this style of play was last witnessed under Sir Alex Ferguson’s reign but it just seems that way. It’s all about finishing the season strong and Martial is doing just that for Manchester United. He got on the scoring sheet again with a composed finish in the bottom right corner against Crystal Palace. He should carry that momentum into this game.

Others to consider: Mason Greenwood ($8,800).

Value flex options

Christian Pulisic ($8,400)

Pulisic has arguably been Chelsea’s find of the season in the adversarial face of a transfer ban. He has shown composure while finishing, a willingness to move back to defend, speed and accuracy. These will be the same attributes manager Frank Lampard will be desperate for on Sunday against a rapid United midfield.

Paul Pogba ($8,000)

Another beneficiary of United’s confidence is Pogba. To be fair, he has been sloppy at the back on several instances but as he has moved forward, his precision passing has actually initiated fantastic runs and subsequent goals. He can’t make an error at the back against Chelsea, which he will be aware of. Come the big game, you should expect the big player to find his best.

Others to consider: Mason Mount ($7,800).
