Captain

Mohamed Salah ($16,200)

Mo Salah is the joint fourth-highest goal scorer in this season’s Premier League with 19 goals. He has really found something after Project Restart. He nearly scored a hat-trick against Brighton. By his standards, he should have scored in the closing stages against Burnley at Anfield too. Liverpool has enjoyed the rare luxury of some additional rest, which should leave Salah refreshed.

Others to consider: Sadio Mane ($14,400)

High-priced flex options

Sadio Mane ($9,600)

Mane has scored 17 goals with seven assists this season. Sometimes, you can get lost in that fantastic level of offensive output and miss his work ethic for Liverpool. He has run himself into the ground on several occasions this season, moving back to help the defense and then sprinting down the flank to feed a hungry Liverpool offense. He has even been in stunning finishing form.

Willian ($10,400)

You couldn’t blame Willian if he appears a bit off against Liverpool on Wednesday after the body of work he has put in since soccer returned in England. However, with top four at stake expect Willian to come out firing again. He has averaged 14.4 DKFP per game, highest for any Chelsea player.

Christian Pulisic ($8,800)

It was quite surprising when Pulisic didn’t start against Manchester United in the FA Cup. However, he has had quite a heavy workload in the past few weeks. Unless there are fitness concerns, Pulisic should slot right back into the starting XI for Chelsea in this important game. He has scored eight goals with three assists this season.

Others to consider: Olivier Giroud ($8,200).

Value flex options

Trent Alexander-Arnold ($7,800)

Here is an interesting stat. In a game including world-class offensive players like Salah, Mane and Willian, it’s Alexander-Arnold that has the highest fantasy output among both teams, averaging 17.5 DKFP per game. He has been a crucial part of Liverpool’s offense too, delivering free kicks into the six-yard box. Liverpool has also conceded the fewest goals in the EPL this season, so another clean sheet is quite likely.

Roberto Firmino ($7,200)

Firmino was given a gorgeous through-ball by Salah but couldn’t break his scoring drought against Burnley as his shot hit the post. He will be desperate to end an underwhelming return to the Premier League after the lockdown. Apart from that, he has had a solid season, with eight goals and seven assists.

Others to consider: Alisson ($7,000).
