Captain

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ($17,700)

Apart from the first two games after the restart, Arsenal and Aubameyang have been extremely solid in their rise up the EPL standings at an opportune time. Aubameyang has scored 19 goals this season, second highest in the EPL. He has led Arsenal well on the pitch (he is Arsenal’s in-game captain), chasing the ball down even if it’s a lost cause. That spirit seems to have rubbed off on his colleagues.

Others to consider: Jamie Vardy ($15,300)

High-priced flex options

Jamie Vardy ($10,200)

Vardy is the league’s highest goal-scorer with 21 goals. He finally found some of his lost fluency with a brace in Leicester’s previous game, a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace. He has scored 15 of his 21 goals after halftime. He has also scored three goals in four Premier League appearances at Emirates. These are strong stats in favor of Vardy.

Harvey Barnes ($9,000)

Barnes also regained momentum with two assists in Leicester’s previous game. He has been a vital part of Leicester’s offense, primarily from the left wing. Barnes has already scored six goals along with eight assists this season. He also has 9 DKFP per game, not bad at all for a complementary player.

Nicolas Pepe ($10,600)

Pepe hasn’t started too many games after the restart of the Premier League, but with the games coming at a rapid pace, manager Mikel Arteta will need depth in his squad. Pepe provides plenty of pace and a mean left foot, characteristics that could come in handy against a team that seems a tad fatigued.

Others to consider: Bukayo Saka ($8,600).

Value flex options

Alexandre Lacazette ($8,400)

Lacazette came off the bench against the Wolves and immediately made an impact. He needed two touches to convert a fizzing delivery into a goal. Those touches were massively different, a clear indicator of his skill. His first slight touch cleared room and the second razed the ball past Rui Patricio. He has scored eight goals this season.

Eddie Nketiah ($9,400)

Arteta has had to delve deep into his squad during this busy period. Nketiah has been a bright spot in an otherwise middling season for Arsenal this year. Nketiah scored against Southampton by forcing an error from the keeper. There will be mental and physical lapses in a tiring time for the players, which means Nketiah could profit from that with his pace and determination.

Others to consider: Emiliano Martinez ($7,000)
