Lwx ($11,700)

This is not an easy choice for Captain considering there are so many options on this slate. However, Lwx has proven himself as one of the most reliable and consistent players in the LPL. He has the best KDA in FunPlus Phoenix (4.73) with 3.42 kills and 6.79 assists per game. His defense has also been decent in the bottom lane.

Others to consider: Teddy ($12,300)

Nuguri ($6,400)

Essentially, this comes down to the type of player you want in your top laner position. Nuguri doesn’t have the best defense, but he has proved to be one of the most aggressive options for Damwon Gaming in the top lane as evidenced from his 3.08 kills per map in this split. He has a creep score of 259, highest in Damwon Gaming, which is an incredible achievement.

Others to consider: Zoom ($6,200)

Canyon ($6,400)

Interestingly, Canyon has a lofty KDA of 7 with a low kill rate of just 1.77 per map. That is quite laudable because his other metrics are strong. He has just 1.46 deaths, but he has also chipped in with 8.46 assists, highest in his team. That assistance to his laners from the jungle is a major reason Damwon Gaming has had strong engagements.

Others to consider: Kanavi ($7,000)

Doinb ($8,000)

This is another player that has earned his reputation with some old-fashioned consistency in his primary role. Doinb has aggregated the most kills in FunPlus Phoenix with 3.68 per game. He has a kill participation of well over 10 and a KDA of 4.44. His all-round proficiency is a major reason for his tag as the most expensive mid laner in this slate.

Others to consider: Yagao ($7,200)

Teddy ($8,000)

Teddy has been in beast mode in the LCK’s summer split so far. He has dominated every single main metric: kills (4.87 per map), deaths (1.27 per game) and KDA (7.68). He even has a creep score of 369.07, comfortably the highest in the LCK. He has averaged 83.8 DKFP per game as a result.

Others to consider: Loken ($7,600)

Ben ($4,600)

Ben has provided plenty to his bot laner as well to his team. He might be a much needed value-for-money player in this slate with all the high-priced selections in other categories. He has managed close to 10 assists per game, which is his important metric.

JD Gaming ($5,200)

JD Gaming has found stability in roster and gameplay. Not many teams have been able to achieve that. JD Gaming has used just five players this split, an indicator of solid performances. The team has also won 13 of 19 maps so far.
