Steve Buchanan gives his top studs and value plays at each position for Tuesday’s three-game Madden Stream DraftKings slate, which starts at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Quarterback

Stud

Russell Wilson, SEA at LAR, $7,600 —Lamar Jackson ($7,800) is also on this slate but I’ll spare you the same write up about him every single time he’s on a slate. Yes, Jackson is the top option but we have plenty of reasons to like Wilson as well. He brings just as much uspide as Jackson, as he gets it done through the air as well with 212.4 passing yards to go with his 48 rushing yards. In all, Wilson has 82 touchdowns combined with 70 through the air and 12 on the ground. His matchup against the Rams is a favorable one, scoring 26.5 DKFP in their prior matchup.

Value

Jacoby Brissett, IND vs. CAR, $5,800 — I was all about Brissett in his last matchup against the Cardinals and he came through with 31 DKFP with 296 passing yards and three touchdowns. He continues to be undervalued and his salary indicates that, running you for just $5,800 despite averaging 18 DKFP per game. The Panthers do have some good defensive players on their end to worry about, but also have a strong offensive lineup up front.

Running Back

Stud

Todd Gurley, LAR vs. SEA, $6,100 — Of the running backs priced at $6K and above, Gurley looks to be in the best matchup against the Seahawks. Ezekiel Elliott ($6,600) and Christian McCaffrey ($6,400) both can put up some monster games but I’m not crazy about their matchups. Gurley, who’ll handle almost all the carries and catch out of the backfield, is averaging 79.6 scrimmage yards per game with 21 touchdowns on the ground and four through the air. I’ll take the slight savings and better matchup in this spot.

Value

Nyheim Hines, IND vs. CAR, $3,700 — Hines isn’t going to blow you away with huge fantasy points each and every game but he does enough at his low price point to be worth taking. Averaging 8.1 DKFP per game, Hines is logging 45 scrimmage yards per game with seven rushing touchdowns and four receiving.

Wide Receiver

Stud

T.Y. Hilton, IND vs. CAR, $6,900 — Hilton was a big part of that win over the Cardinals, making five receptions for 85 yards with two of the three touchdowns thrown by Brissett. He’s been all over the map in terms of fantasy production but he’s a touchdown monster with 27 scored on the year. In his prior matchup against this Panthers secondary, he made three receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown. I really like pairing him with Brissett once again for a cheaper QB/WR stack.

Value

DK Metcalf, SEA at LAR, $4,600 — Boasting one of the best speed ratings in all of Madden, I can never leave Metcalf on the board. He doesn’t always come through as his 11.8 DKFP average indicates, but his 17 touchdowns at this price point is very good. Again, this is another way to cheapen up your QB/WR stack, as Metcalf over Tyler Lockett ($7,000) is saving you $2,400 in the process.

Tight End

Stud

Mark Andrews, BAL at DAL, $4,700 — Andrews is the most consistent receiver on the Ravens’ side and I like using him at a relatively cheap salary. Andrews only has 12 touchdowns to his credit but he’s made at least five receptions in four of his last six games. If he’s going to continue to see that type of volume, he’s a great source of PPR points at a low salary. The Cowboys have been very generous to the tight end position to begin with, so I think Andrews is worth using.

Value

Will Dissly, SEA at LAR, $4,300 — Unlike other positions, you can’t really go cheap at tight end, as players priced under $4K are rarely involved in the offense. Dissly is the lowest I would go on this slate, as he’s averaging 3.9 receptions, 45 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns scored. It’s not the best matchup against the Rams, but if you need to save some salary at this position, Dissly is the way to go.

DST

Cowboys DST at BAL, $2,700 — While we all love using Jackson, we can’t deny that his ball security is lacking. Jackson has lost the ball 18 times while throwing 18 interceptions, giving the Cowboys good potential to return value on their extremely cheap price.
