Captain
Kuzan ($11,100)
In a slate that includes the bottom four teams in the league, there won’t be multiple choices with good offensive production. Instead, it might be prudent to back the players with a low death rate and decent offense. Players like Kuzan. He has the best KDA on his team (3.27) with solid metrics that include just two deaths and 4.03 assists per game.
Others to consider: Route ($11,700)
Top
Summit ($6,400)
Summit is one of only three players on this team to have played all 40 games in summer so far. He has a high death rate (3.5 per map), but he also contributes with a relatively high kill participation rate (2.1 kills and 3.98 assists). Even though his KDA is as low as 1.74, there is still fantasy value on account of that offense.
Others to consider: Rich ($6,200)
Jungler
OnFleek ($7,000)
On this slate, OnFleek is averaging the most DKFP per game among junglers (45.5). That’s not high — at least by usual LCK standards — however, against one of the worst teams in the LCK, he can use that relatively solid floor to generate further upside. He has averaged 2.1 kills per game but that could easily go up in this fixture.
Others to consider: Beyond ($6,600)
Mid
FATE ($7,600)
FATE has comfortably been Sandbox Gaming’s most potent offensive weapon. He has managed an average of 3.45 kills per game along with 4.45 assists, carrying his KDA to 4.38. His defense has been steady, ensuring he isn’t killed too often in team engagements and giving his team a chance as a result. He has managed 60.4 DKFP per game, easily the highest among mid laners on this slate.
ADC
Route ($7,800)
Against Hanwha Life Esports, a team that has won just one series out of 16 in this summer split, Sandbox Gaming will like its chances. Drafting the mid laner and ADC from Sandbox Gaming could be a serious strategy to consider. Route has been quite steady across the board, although his kill rate is just at 2.2. Still, he should have an enjoyable day out.
Others to consider: Viper ($7,200)
Support
GuGer ($5,400)
GuGer would like his death rate to be lower than three per game. However, he has provided able support to his bottom laner. That’s where he will produce a high fantasy return in this game. He will need to stay consistent while helping his team achieve the neutral objectives as well.
Team
Sandbox Gaming ($5,200)
In technology, a sandbox is a testing environment before a change is pushed to the user. There can be no testing or experimentation for Sandbox Gaming on Friday against one of the worst teams in the league. There is still sixth spot to play for, so expect Sandbox to come out hot.
