Matt LaMarca gives his top studs and values at each position for Friday’s fantasy basketball slate on DraftKings, which starts at 7:00 p.m. ET.

The NBA is offering up a solid slate of basketball on Friday, with nine different games to choose from. The DraftKings slate starts at 7:00 p.m. ET, so let’s break down some of the top studs and values at each position to help you build your DraftKings lineups.

Point Guard

Stud

Fred VanVleet, Toronto Raptors @ Minnesota Timberwolves ($7,800) – Kyle Lowry is currently listed as doubtful, and VanVleet would be one of the biggest beneficiaries if he’s unable to suit up. He’s increased his usage rate by 3.2 percentage points with Lowry off the court this season, resulting in an average of 1.15 DKFP per minute. VanVleet has also led the team with an average of 37.1 minutes per game in four games without Lowry. He has an excellent matchup tonight vs. the Timberwolves, who rank just 21st in defensive efficiency.

Other Options – Stephen Curry ($10,100), Trae Young ($9,500)

Value

Delon Wright, Detroit Pistons @ Memphis Grizzlies ($6,100) – Wright continues to carry a massive workload for the Pistons. He’s coming off 38.5 minutes in his last game, and he’s averaged 37.4 minutes over his past six outings. Wright has also upped his efficiency recently, increasing his production to 1.03 DKFP per minute over the past month. That’s a nice combination at just $6,100.

Other Options – Kemba Walker ($6,500), Darius Garland ($5,400)

Shooting Guard

Stud

Khris Middleton, Milwaukee Bucks vs. Oklahoma City Thunder ($7,600) – SG is a bit weak at the top tonight. With that in mind, Middleton is an interesting buy-low target at $7,600. His price has come down by nearly $1,000 from its peak, but he continues to log huge minutes for the Bucks. He’s in a great spot tonight vs. the Thunder, and Milwaukee’s implied team total of 121 ranks first on the slate.

Other Options – Donovan Mitchell ($8,300), Andrew Wiggins ($6,000)

Value

Terence Davis, Toronto Raptors @ Minnesota Timberwolves ($3,000) – Davis hasn’t been particularly involved for the Raptors recently, but that could change if Lowry is ruled out tonight. He has the potential to see upwards of 20 minutes, and Davis has averaged 0.90 DKFP per minute when on the floor this season. He’s priced at the absolute minimum, so he doesn’t have a ton of downside at that price tag.

Other Options – Garrett Temple ($4,000), Bryn Forbes ($3,600)

Small Forward

Stud

Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics vs. Atlanta Hawks ($8,800) – Jaylen Brown is currently listed as questionable for the Celtics, and his absence would definitely benefit Tatum. He’s increased his usage rate by 4.9 percentage points with Brown off the court this season, resulting in an average of 1.36 DKFP per minute. That kind of production would make him underpriced vs. the Hawks.

Other Options – Kawhi Leonard ($9,500), Jerami Grant ($7,500)

Value

DeAndre Bembry, Toronto Raptors @ Minnesota Timberwolves ($3,100) – Bembry stands out as the most appealing value target for the Raptors and one of the best pure values on the slate. He moved into the starting lineup yesterday with Lowry inactive, and he finished with nearly 37 minutes of playing time. He wasn’t particularly effective in that contest – he scored just 13.5 DKFP – but he’s averaged 0.70 DKFP per minute this season. That bodes well for his success tonight vs. the Timberwolves.

Other Options – Josh Hart ($4,400), Danilo Gallinari ($4,300)

Power Forward

Stud

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks vs. Oklahoma City Thunder ($10,800) – The only thing that can stop Antetokounmpo right now is a lack of minutes in a potential blowout. That’s definitely a possible scenario tonight vs. the Thunder, but he finished with 74.75 DKFP vs. the Thunder just three games ago. He’s been the safest investment in fantasy recently, scoring at least 53.0 DKFP in seven of his past nine games.

Other Options – Pascal Siakam ($7,700), Jerami Grant ($7,500)

Value

Cedi Osman, Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Denver Nuggets ($4,800) – The Cavaliers basically have no choice but to rely on Osman for huge minutes vs. the Nuggets. Larry Nance Jr. and Kevin Love remain out of the lineup with injuries, while Andre Drummond will not suit up as the team looks for a trade partner. Taurean Prince will also miss his second-straight game with an ankle injury. Osman logged 35.2 minutes with Prince out of the lineup on Monday, and he responded with 38.5 DKFP. He’s averaged 0.85 DKFP per minute this season, so he can do some damage when given the chance to play big minutes.

Other Options – Daniel Theis ($4,500), Jarred Vanderbilt ($4,100)

Center

Stud

Nikola Jokic, Denver Nuggets @ Cleveland Cavaliers ($11,000) – The Nuggets have the potential to be extremely shorthanded once again on Friday. Gary Harris and Paul Millsap have already been ruled out, while Will Barton is questionable for personal reasons. The Nuggets have played shorthanded a bunch recently, and Jokic has been forced to pick up the slack. He’s scored at least 57.75 DKFP in each of his past four games and eight of his past 10.

His average of 1.68 DKFP per minute is tied with Giannis for the top mark on the slate, but Jokic has a better shot at eclipsing that figure tonight. The Cavaliers have been the worst defensive team in the league this season, so Jokic should be able to have his way with them.

Other Options – Nikola Vucevic ($9,900), Rudy Gobert ($7,300)

Value

Guillermo Hernangomez, New Orleans Pelicans vs. Phoenix Suns ($3,900) – Hernangomez has been a solid role player for the Pelicans this season, and he’s going to get the opportunity to play more minutes with Steven Adams out of the lineup. He dominated in his last game without Adams, finishing with 33.75 DKFP over 29 minutes, and he’s averaged an impressive 1.08 DKFP per minute this season.

Other Options – Chris Boucher ($6,300), Brook Lopez ($4,200)
