4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 8, 2021, and ends at the start time of the first basketball game of the first round of the Division 1 Men’s College Basketball Tournament (scheduled for 12pm ET on March 19, 2021, but subject to change) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 7. Winner Notification: In the event of an Upset in the Tournament, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period within twenty-four (24) hours of the Upset occurring. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by sending an email to the associated e-mail address submitted via the Website. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Prizes and Odds: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) winner will receive a cash prize of TEN THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($10,000.00) (the “Prize”) when a lower seeded team beats a higher seeded team (an “Upset”) during any basketball game during the first two rounds of the Division 1 Men’s College Basketball Tournament scheduled to be held March 19-22, 2021 (dates subject to change) (the “Tournament). For example, a #12 seed defeating a #5 seed in a basketball game during the first round of the Tournament would qualify as an Upset for purposes of this Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, if there are only five (5) total Upsets throughout the entire Tournament, there will be only five (5) individual Winners. To the contrary, if there are zero (o) Upsets, then there will be zero (0) potential Winner(s). Further, the seeding of each team as it pertains to this Sweepstakes shall be determined by the official Tournament team seeding.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
