There are just two teams left in the 2021 Madden Bracket Tourney, and the Bracket Challenge Final is set for Monday night on the DraftKings Dream Stream. The Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers have lived up to their No. 1 seed, making their way through the bracket with some thrilling games, highlighted by walk-off overtime touchdowns against the Raiders and the Chargers. The other side of the bracket featured was much more unpredictable, and ultimately it was the No. 10-seeded Seattle Seahawks, who emerged with a 28-24 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday night.
The final gets underway at 8:00 p.m. ET from virtual Tampa Bay, so make sure to get your lineups in for the jumbo Madden Stream $35K Bracket Challenge Final [$10K to 1st], which has a $15 entry fee and a juicy $10K top prize.

Captain’s Picks
Russell Wilson ($16,500 CP) — Wilson has been one of the most dynamic dual-threat QBs in these Madden sims since they started over a year ago in Madden 2020. He carried his team to the final with a monster 35.1-DKFP performance against Tennessee, posting 193 passing yards with two touchdowns and 104 rushing yards with a third score. He has thrown multiple touchdowns in all four of the Seahawks’ wins in the Bracket Tourney and posted over 17 DKFP in seven straight games.
These two teams have met twice in Madden 21, but both games resulted in low-scoring Buccanners’ wins, 13-10 and 12-7. Hopefully, we get more points and fantasy production in this contest, and I think Wilson should be able to continue his run of great play while bouncing back from disappointing performances in those earlier meetings when he managed just 15.88 and 6.92 DKFP. He isn’t a lock but still offers the highest ceiling of any player in the sim. His Captain’s Pick salary makes things tight, but there are some nice salary relief options highlighted below.
Seahawks DST ($6,000 CP) — If rolling with Russ is a little chalky for your taste, you can go with an off-the-radar pivot and play the Seahawks’ DST. Especially in GPP formats, Seattle’s defense is worth a look since the unit comes with such a high ceiling if the game script breaks the right way. The Seahawks have 146 sacks and 67 takeaways in their 70 games while scoring 11 defensive touchdowns and two safeties to average 6.9 DKFP per sim. They have actually been even better on the road, where they have produced 7.8 DKFP per sim. In their two earlier meetings with Tampa Bay, they had 17.0 and 9.0 DKFP with five sacks in each contest. They did post zero fantasy points against the Titans in the semifinal, but I like this matchup for them much better and think they’re a great way to save salary as a flex play even if you don’t go with them in your Captain’s spot.

Value Plays
Greg Olsen ($7,400) — Both TEs have been rolling coming into this Bracket Final, but Olsen has been more consistent throughout Madden 21, so I’m giving him a slight edge over Rob Gronkowski ($7,800). Olsen has at least five catches in five straight games and at least 9.8 DKFP in seven straight. He’s coming off of a touchdown and 17.2 DKFP against the Titans and remains a fairly low-risk play since he gets a high volume in this offense. He had six catches for 47 yards, a touchdown and 16.7 DFKP in one of his two earlier meetings with the Bucs.
Scotty Miller ($5,600) — Miller is the Bucs’ WR3 since Antonio Brown isn’t on the roster in these Madden 21 sims. He has averaged 2.7 catches for 36.8 yards per sim and scored a dozen touchdowns in his 72 contests. While he has come up with zero fantasy points in 10 of those contests, he has been consistently involved lately with at least three catches in five of his past six games, highlighted by a 109-yard performance against the Ravens which resulted in 19.9 DKFP. He has that kind of ceiling if he gets in space in this game as well.
Fades
DK Metcalf ($8,400) — I hate putting him in this fade spot because Metcalf is such a great real-life fantasy play and is so much fun to watch, but in Madden 21, he has been a boom-or-bust play due to inconsistent volume. Wilson spreads the ball around and can sometimes do all the heavy-lifting in the offense on his own, leaving limited work for Metcalf. While he has been on a nice run of four games with double-digit DFKP in the bracket, he has also had to score a touchdown in each of those sims to get to that level. He has posted five catches or fewer in 61 of his 70 sims (87%) and has only reached 100 yards in nine of those games (13%). He had 5.4 and 4.7 DKFP in his first two meetings with the Bucs, and I don’t think it makes sense to pay over $8K for his inconsistent production.
The Outcome
Even though the Buccaneers did win the two earlier meetings of these teams, I think the No. 10-seeded Seahawks can pull off the upset here if Russ keeps cooking. The Seattle defense has shown it can get pressure on Brady, and I think it will come up with a game-changing play or two. The Bucs have needed overtime and barely pulled off one-possession wins to get to this point while Seattle has looked more dominant against better competition. Ultimately, I think the Bracket Tourney has one more upset left in it, so I’ll take the Seahawks to pull off the upset in a close game.
Final Score: Seattle 26, Tampa Bay 20
