Point Guard

Stud

Russell Westbrook, Washington Wizards vs. Los Angeles Lakers ($11,100) – There’s really not much left to be said about Westbrook at this point. He’s playing as well right now as he ever has in the past, and he’s scored at least 55.75 DKFP in 12 of his past 13 games. He’s increased his production to 1.68 DKFP per minute over the past month, and no one at the point guard position is playing more minutes than Westbrook. He’s in a tough spot tonight vs. the Lakers, but Westbrook is as matchup-proof as it gets.

Other Options – Darius Garland ($7,700), Chris Paul ($7,600)

Value

Delon Wright, Sacramento Kings vs. Utah Jazz ($4,900) – Wright is coming off a poor performance in his last game, but he still figures to be one of the biggest beneficiaries from the absence of De’Aaron Fox. He’s averaged 0.85 DKFP per minute over the past month, and he played 27.1 minutes in his first game without Fox. That makes him a nice buy-low option.

Other Options – R.J. Hampton ($3,700), Brad Wanamaker ($3,000)

Shooting Guard

Stud

Jordan Clarkson, Utah Jazz @ Sacramento Kings ($6,900) – The Jazz are in an elite spot Wednesday vs. the Kings. The Kings rank dead last in terms of defensive efficiency, and the Jazz will also be without both Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley. That opens up a ton of usage for the rest of the roster.

Clarkson is a good bet to lead the team in scoring in this matchup. He leads the team with a 31.3% usage rate with Mitchell and Conley off the court this season, resulting in an average of 1.04 DKFP per minute. There’s also a good chance that he moves into the starting lineup.

Other Options – Paul George ($9,800), Terry Rozier ($7,700)

Value

Cedi Osman, Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Orlando Magic ($5,000) – Osman has taken on a large role for the shorthanded Cavs recently. They’ve ruled out seven players for tonight’s matchup vs. the Magic, including arguably their best player in Collin Sexton. Osman logged at least 37.2 minutes in the past two games without Sexton, and he’s responded with at least 26.25 DKFP in both contests. That makes him a nice value at $5,000 in a strong matchup vs. the Magic.

Other Options – Lou Williams ($4,500), Patty Mills ($3,400)

Small Forward

Stud

Jaylen Brown, Boston Celtics vs. Charlotte Hornets ($8,500) – Brown is coming off a huge performance yesterday, finishing with 67.25 DKFP over 38.1 minutes. That game came with Kemba Walker and Jayson Tatum out of the lineup. While Tatum is returning tonight, Walker will remain out, giving Brown expanded appeal once again.

Other Options – Joe Ingles ($6,700)

Value

Dillon Brooks, Memphis Grizzlies vs. Portland Trail Blazers ($5,400) – Tonight’s game between the Grizzlies and Trail Blazers stands out as an obvious target. Not only does this game have the highest total on the slate at 240.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook, but there’s also just a 1.5-point spread. That means both teams are expected to contribute to the scoring, and they own the two highest implied team totals out of today’s 20 teams.

Brooks is someone who stands out as a potential value target. He’s averaged 0.95 DKFP per minute this season, and he’s at least 30.1 minutes in two of his past three games. The lone exception was his most recent contest, but the Nuggets lost that game by 24 points. He should return to his usual workload tonight.

Other Options – Royce O’Neale ($4,900), Isaac Okoro ($3,800)

Power Forward

Stud

PJ Washington, Charlotte Hornets @ Boston Celtics ($6,800) – Washington has been a nice source of value recently. He’s played at least 32.1 minutes in five of his past six games, and he’s scored at least 33.75 DKFP in four of them. That makes him underpriced at $6,800.

Other Options – Michael Porter Jr. ($8,600), Bojan Bogdanovic ($6,400)

Value

Chuma Okeke, Orlando Magic @ Cleveland Cavaliers ($4,900) – Okeke is an interesting player at the moment. He was the Magic’s first-round draft pick in 2019, but he missed all of last year with an injury. However, he’s getting a chance to shine now for the Magic, who traded away most of their key contributors before the deadline. Okeke has increased his fantasy production to 0.85 DKFP per minute over the past month, and he’s played at least 29.1 minutes in five straight games.

Other Options – Dean Wade ($3,500), Georges Niang ($3,400)

Center

Stud

Nikola Jokic, Denver Nuggets vs. New Orleans Pelicans ($11,000) – Jokic has been the fantasy MVP for most of the season, but his play has fallen off a bit recently. That said, he’s been limited to 29.7 minutes in his past two games, which actually makes his production in those games pretty impressive. He’s averaged 1.86 DKFP per minute over his past two games, so he should return to his dominant ways if today’s game is more competitive.

Other Options – Rudy Gobert ($8,300), Jarrett Allen ($7,200)

Value

Nerlens Noel, New York Knicks vs. Chicago Bulls ($4,400) – The Knicks are easily the biggest surprise in the NBA this season. Their odd collection of misfit toys has led the Knicks to a 34-28 record, which is tied for the fourth-best record in the Eastern Conference.

Noel has had to step up following the injury to Mitchell Robinson, and he’s played at least 28.2 minutes in five of his past six games. He’s averaged 0.86 DKFP per minute this season, which makes him one of the best pure values on the slate.

Other Options – Mo Bamba ($5,200), Bismack Biyombo ($3,200)
