There’s more wild weather in the forecast this Wednesday on the DraftKings Dream Stream, so get ready for an exciting three-game classic slate of Madden 21 sims, kicking off at 6:00 p.m. ET. The first game is a snow game from the frozen tundra, where the Minnesota Vikings visit the Green Bay Packers to finish their home-and-home sims this week. The Houston Texans visit the Cincinnati Bengals in a rainstorm in the primetime slot at 8:00 p.m. ET, and the action wraps up with more snow, when the Cleveland Browns host the Atlanta Falcons at 10:00 p.m. ET.
Check out all the gameplay details on the Madden Streams Information Page and dive into the full depth chart for each team. My favorite fantasy plays for Wednesday’s slate are listed below.
Quarterback
Stud
Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals, $7,000 — This is an outstanding price for Watson who has been the most productive QB on this slate by a margin of over 3.0 DKFP per sim. He has an extremely high ceiling and is relatively low-risk due to his rushing potential. Watson has averaged 195.6 passing yards and 71.0 rushing yards per sim and has thrown a total of 104 touchdowns in 74 sims while running for 30 more touchdowns. Before a pair of down performances, he had over 21 DKFP in six straight, averaging 26.1 DKFP during that span, and I think this is a prime spot for a bounce-back performance against a lowly-rated Bengals defense.
Other Option — Aaron Rodgers ($7,300)
Value
Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns vs. Atlanta Falcons, $6,500 — Mayfield has been hit-or-miss at times in these sims but can be elite when at his best and has produced over 20 DKFP in three straight. He only had 4.78 and 10.72 DKFP in his two previous contests against the Falcons, but the Browns still won both contests. He’s averaging 227.3 passing yards per sim but remains touchdown-reliant since he doesn’t scramble as much as Watson. Despite his boom-or-bust tendency, he’s a solid pivot since he brings a high ceiling if he throws touchdowns.
Other Option — Joe Burrow ($6,200)

Running Back
Stud
Dalvin Cook, Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers, $7,900 — Snow games typically force teams to rely more heavily on their rushing attack, and the Vikings already give Cook a monster workload on a regular basis. The poor footing for defenders should also help the elusive Cook continue to put up crazy numbers. He has scored 79 touchdowns in his 72 Madden 21 sims, averaging 82.3 rushing yards, 33.8 receiving yards and 4.2 catches per contest. He didn’t even have a touchdown against the Packers earlier this week but still managed 19.2 DKFP. He had 33.5 and 20.3 DKFP against them in their earlier meetings in Madden 21, and he remains the safest RB on the board with a very high ceiling.
Other Options — Todd Gurley II ($7,300), Aaron Jones ($7,200)
Value
Nick Chubb, Cleveland Browns vs. Atlanta Falcons, $5,200 — Chubb isn’t an option I highlight often since he loses receiving work in his timeshare with Kareem Hunt ($4,900). However, I think the Browns could rely more heavily on their power game due to the snow, and Chubb has already had two big games against the Falcons in Madden 21. Chubb scored two touchdowns in each of those contests, finishing with 28.5 and 21.2 DKFP. He has 44 touchdowns in 73 sims and has scored in four of his past five games.
Other Options — Gio Bernard ($5,500), Duke Johnson ($4,500)
Wide Receiver
Stud
Davante Adams, Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings, $6,800 — Adams has a clear ratings advantage against Minnesota’s CBs and has produced 25.6, 26.6 and 22.7 DKFP in their three Madden 21 meetings. He scored his 40th touchdown in 76 sims earlier this week and is now averaging 4.9 catches for 72.9 yards per sim. He has been a very reliable option lately with at least 9.9 DKFP in eight straight games.
Other Options — Julio Jones ($7,300), John Ross III ($5,800)
Value
Russell Gage, Atlanta Falcons at Cleveland Browns, $4,500 — Gage has been involved as the Falcons’ WR3 in these sims, averaging 3.6 catches for 40.7 yards per sim and scoring a total of 23 touchdowns. He had a huge game with eight catches, 127 yards, a touchdown and 29.7 DKFP in one of his two earlier Madden 21 contests against the Browns, who generally struggle against slot WRs.
A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Houston Texans, $4,400 — Green is in a great matchup against a struggling Texans secondary and is extremely affordable for a WR1. He has averaged 11.3 DKFP on 3.9 catches for 50.2 yards per sim, while scoring 26 touchdowns.
Other Options — Calvin Ridley ($5,600), Marquez Valdes-Scantling ($4,700), Tyler Boyd ($4,200)

Tight End
Stud
Hayden Hurst, Atlanta Falcons at Cleveland Browns, $4,600 — It will be interesting to see how this position plays out since bad weather usually increases TE involvement, but these six teams don’t typically provide top TE production. Hurst is the only available TE averaging over 10 DKFP and is coming off a two-touchdown, 25.7-DKFP performance against the Bengals. He has produced double-digit DKFP in six of his past seven games and is the most reliable TE on the slate.
Value
Darren Fells, Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals, $3,900 — Fells usually gets plenty of catches but doesn’t score enough touchdowns to be a truly elite play. The hulking former professional basketball player is averaging 4.0 catches per sim but has only scored 14 touchdowns in 74 contests. The Bengals are a great matchup for TEs, though, and Fells will hope to have a game like Hurst just did as he visits Cincinnati.
Other Option — C.J. Uzomah ($3,700), Marcedes Lewis ($3,600)
DST
Stud
Packers DST vs. Minnesota Vikings, $2,900 — The Packers’ defense had two sacks and 3.0 DKFP against the Vikings earlier this week and should get a boost from playing in the snow at home in this rematch. Green Bay has 164 sacks in 77 sims with 24 takeaways and seven defensive touchdowns. Even though Cook is outstanding, the Vikings’ offense has struggled overall, so this is a favorable matchup for the Packers’ DST.
Value
Texans DST at Cincinnati Bengals, $2,700 — The Texans have a strong pass rush led by Superstar X-factor J.J. Watt and have 139 sacks in 74 sims. Houston’s secondary has been very beatable, but the team has still forced 41 turnovers and averaged 4.3 DKFP per sim. They usually give up points and yards but make enough big plays to still be a cheap fantasy option.
