Teams are already playing their second game of the Madden simulated season which began on Monday, so check out the standings as you get ready for another full day of six games this Thursday on the DraftKings Dream Stream. The featured classic slate kicks off at 6:00 p.m. ET with an NFC South matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the Carolina Panthers. In primetime, the Los Angeles Rams visit the Indianapolis Colts at 8:00 p.m. ET, and we close out the day with another divisional matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills on Madden After Dark.

You can find the gameplay details for all the sims and the upcoming schedule on the Madden Streams Information Page and dive into the full depth chart for each team.

Quarterback

Stud

Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins, $7,000 — Allen and the Bills get a much easier matchup after losing to the Steelers in Week 1, 19-7. While he can be a little boom-or-bust, the dual-threat QB brings very nice rushing potential, averaging 64.9 rushing yards per sim along with 162.0 passing yards. He has over 17 DKFP in eight of his past 11 sims and also posted at least that many DKFP in each of his four prior meetings with Miami, averaging 21.8 DKFP in those contests.

Other Option — Drew Brees ($6,700)

Value

Teddy Bridgewater, Carolina Panthers vs. New Orleans Saints, $6,400 — Bridgewater has thrown multiple touchdowns in three straight sims and opened the season with 366 yards and 24.64 DKFP in a loss against the Jets. Bridgewater doesn’t bring the rushing production that Allen provides but is averaging 225.9 passing yards per sim and comes into this matchup with at least 17.0 DKFP in three straight.

Other Option — Tua Tagovailoa ($6,100)

Running Back

Stud

Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers, $8,000 — Kamara should be able to bounce back after a tough opener against the Packers. He posted 24 and 30.4 DKFP in his two previous matchups with the Panthers and has a high ceiling as a dual-threat, who can carry the entire Saints offense when he’s going well. He has averaged 17.8 DKFP on 55.3 rushing yards, 29.6 receiving yards and 3.9 catches per sim and has scored 76 touchdowns in 88 sims.

Other Option — Matt Breida ($7,600)

Value

Darrell Henderson Jr., Los Angeles Rams at Indianapolis Colts, $5,100 — Henderson and the Rams edged the Colts, 20-19, in one of their recent sims before the season started, and the third-down RB finished with five catches, a touchdown and 20.0 DKFP. He shares work with RB1 Malcolm Brown ($3,400) but has been the more productive fantasy option due to his receiving work. With multiple catches in six straight and 22 of his past 23 sims, Henderson is a pretty safe play since he’s so involved in virtual Sean McVay’s gameplan.

Other Option — Nyheim Hines ($5,600), Marlon Mack ($3,800)

Wide Receiver

Stud

Michael Thomas, New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers, $6,700 — Thomas has an average of 18.0 DKFP per sim, which is almost a full 5.0 DKFP higher than any other WR on this slate, so paying up for the 99-overall player makes sense if you can make it work with your roster construction. He also has a very favorable matchup against the Panthers, who he beat for 22.5 and 10.5 DKFP in their two previous meetings. He had a few down games before the season began, but he started strong with 111 yards and 24.1 DKFP against Green Bay.

Other Options — Robert Woods ($6,300), DJ Moore ($5,800)

Value

Curtis Samuel, Carolina Panthers vs. New Orleans Saints, $5,400 — Samuel also opened the season with a 100-yard day, finishing with 133 yards and 24.3 DKFP against the Jets. In his two prior sims against the Saints, Samuel had 16.7 and 14.6 DKFP and scored one of his 34 touchdowns in 77 sims. He’ll be looking to extend his streak of games with double-digit DKFP to eight with another big game in this contest.

Parris Campbell, Indianapolis Colts vs. Los Angeles Rams, $3,700 — Campbell’s 94 speed rating makes him a big-play threat out of the slot for the Colts and has helped him average 40.4 receiving yards on his 3.6 catches per sim. He had exactly five catches in each of his two most recent sims against the Rams and has a high ceiling if he gets a similar workload in this contest.

Other Options — Emmanuel Sanders ($4,400), Jakeem Grant ($3,300)

Tight End

Stud

Trey Burton, Indianapolis Colts vs. Los Angeles Rams, $4,700 — Burton continues to be a strong play due to the attention he regularly gets from Philip Rivers ($5,900). Burton has averaged 4.9 catches per sim since taking over as the Colts’ TE1 and has found the end zone 24 times. He had his 24th touchdown as one of his six catches on his way to 18.0 DKFP in his most recent matchup with the Rams and should be set for another high-volume day in the rematch.

Other Options — Jared Cook ($5,100), Mike Gesicki ($4,900)

Value

Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams at Indianapolis Colts, $4,400 — Higbee started the season with a two-touchdown, 23.8-DKFP performance against the Bears and has five catches or more in five of his past eight sims, with over 13 DKFP in five of those eight sims as well. He didn’t have a big game the last time he played the Colts but lit them up for 20.2 DKFP in an earlier meeting in Madden 21. He’s more boom-or-bust than Burton since he doesn’t get the volume as consistently, but he makes a good pivot or flex consideration.

DST

Stud

Bills DST at Miami Dolphins, $3,000 — The Bills have forced 66 turnovers in their 80 sims to go with 151 sacks and nine defensive touchdowns. They have averaged a slate-high 5.4 DKFP per sim and posted double-digit DKFP in each of their two most recent meetings with Tua. They have the highest ceiling and lowest risk of any of the six DSTs in play on this slate.

Value

Colts DST vs. Los Angeles Rams, $2,700 — The Colts have 138 sacks and five defensive touchdowns but have only forced 25 turnovers in their 78 sims. The big play hasn’t been there, but they have been consistent and posted at least 5.0 DKFP in three of their past six sims, including a four-sack performance against the Rams.
