For the second straight day, the DraftKings Dream Stream has four games on the schedule with three games on the main classic slate that kicks off at 12:00 p.m. ET. The first sim of the day is a matchup between two dynamic QBs as Lamar Jackson ($9,100) and Deshaun Watson ($7,800) go head-to-head when the Baltimore Ravens host the Houston Texans. At 2:00 p.m. ET, another star QB, Patrick Mahomes ($8,600), leads his Kansas City Chiefs against the Cincinnati Bengals. The final sim of the early slate, before a break for the American Ultimate Disc League Game of the Week, is a matchup between the New York Giants and the Denver Broncos, kicking off at 4:00 p.m. ET.
As you take a look at the eight teams in play and put together your lineup, be sure to consider the depth charts for each team. If you’re looking for gameplay details for these sims, along with the upcoming schedule, head over to the Madden Streams Information Page.
Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans, $9,100 — Jackson has been the most productive player in all of Madden 21, averaging 27.7 DKFP on 106.3 rushing yards, 151.9 passing yards and 1.95 total touchdowns per sim. He should be able to thrive against a beatable Texans’ defense that has allowed him to put up 25.72, 22.02, 28.98, 38.52 and 31.46 in their previous five matchups. Jackson has also been on an impressive run lately, with over 29 DKFP in five straight sims.
Other Options — Patrick Mahomes ($8,600), Deshaun Watson ($7,800)
Daniel Jones, New York Giants at Denver Broncos, $6,200 — Jones has been boom or bust in these sims but does have good upside in this favorable matchup. He has thrown multiple touchdowns and produced over 19 DKFP in four straight sims and brings enough upside to be the best of the cheap QB plays on this slate. However, the elite options come with such a higher ceiling that paying up at QB is probably the more preferable option.
Saquon Barkley, New York Giants at Denver Broncos, $8,100 — Barkley also gets a great matchup vs. Denver since the Broncos’ defense has also struggled against workhorse RB1s. Barkley has over 12 DKFP in 16 of his past 17 sims and had 15.6 and 12.4 DKFP in his two earlier matchups vs. Denver. Barkley has been catching a lot of passes lately with at least three catches in seven straight sims, and he has averaged 4.2 catches over his 101 sims. He has also been a touchdown machine with 89 touchdowns in Madden 21.
Giovani Bernard, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Kansas City Chiefs, $5,000 — There is a ton of value at RB on this slate, and Bernard is my favorite option — especially if the Bengals have to go pass-heavy to keep up with the Chiefs. As the third-down back for Cincinnati, he has averaged four catches for 28.5 yards per sim and has scored 27 times in 103 sims. He has at least 11 DKFP in all four of his earlier matchups vs. the Chiefs and over 14 DKFP in three of those matchups.
Other Options — Duke Johnson ($4,500), J.K. Dobbins ($4,400)
Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs at Cincinnati Bengals, $8,400 — Hill has been the top WR in Madden 21 by a wide margin due to his 99 speed rating and great connection with Patrick Mahomes ($8,600). Hill has at least nine catches in three straight sims and is averaging 6.3 catches for 95.6 yards per sim. He has also totaled an incredibly impressive 104 touchdowns in his 114 sims and has particularly thrived vs. the Bengals, with over 34 DKFP in three of his four prior meetings vs. Cincinnati.
Other Options — John Ross III ($5,800), Courtland Sutton ($5,200)
Darius Slayton, New York Giants at Denver Broncos, $4,600 — Slayton is the Giants’ WR3 but has been very productive in these sims. He has produced 10 DKFP per sim and out-produced that average in five of his seven most recent contests. He has scored 39 times and makes a nice play with upside vs. the Broncos.
Marquise Brown, Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans, $4,300 — Brown has been tough to rely on as a WR1 in Madden 21 since Jackson does so much of the work in the Ravens’ offense on the ground. He does have a good speed rating and big-play potential, though, so he can make sense as a high-risk, high-reward play in the right matchup. A matchup against the Texans’ secondary is exactly the kind of place to target Hollywood, and he has stepped up with at least 11 DKFP in four of his past five games vs. the Texans, highlighted by a 23.9-DKFP performance. Brown is averaging only 2.5 catches per contest but has multiple catches in every sim vs. the Texans.
Other Options — Jerry Jeudy ($4,500), Demarcus Robinson ($4,200), KJ Hamler ($3,600)
Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs at Cincinnati Bengals, $6,200 — Kelce has been steady with 5.6 catches for 66.3 yards per sim and has scored 56 touchdowns in 114 sims. He went off for 32.3 DKFP in his first game in Madden 21 vs. the Bengals and averaged 12.8 DKFP in his three following games vs. Cincinnati. The Bengals are beatable at multiple spots, so it really just depends on who Mahomes focuses on in this sim.
Darren Fells, Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens, $3,500 — Fells has been a regular contributor for the Texans in these sims, even though he doesn’t get a ton of touchdowns. He has been a locked-in PPR producer, with four catches per sim overall and 4.3 catches vs. the Ravens. He should be a nice, cheap option to use in a FLEX or TE spot to help you fit more stars in other spots.
Other Options — Mark Andrews ($4,000), C.J. Uzomah ($3,800)
Broncos DST vs. New York Giants, $2,800 — There aren’t any elite DST plays on this slate, but the Broncos have a good pass rush and make big plays, even though they also allow good production from their opponent. In 101 sims, the Broncos have totaled 185 sacks and 44 takeaways and had a big game with 16.0 DKFP in their most recent sim against the Giants.
Ravens DST vs. Houston Texans, $2,600 — The Ravens have at least four sacks in three straight sims and have totaled 209 sacks in 111 sims. Deshaun Watson ($7,800) can sometimes be turnover-prone when he runs too much, with 70 turnovers in 107 sims, so the Ravens have more upside than any other cheap DST on this slate.
