UFC is back for its latest PPV, this time back in the United States. A month removed from Fight Island in Abu Dhabi, UFC 252 will take place on August 15th at the company’s APEX facility in Las Vegas. The card features a massive heavyweight title main event, and opens at 7 p.m. with the early preliminary card. The PPV will air on ESPN+.
The first fight on the early preliminary card is a featherweight bout between Kai Kamaka and Tony Kelley. This fight marks the UFC debut for both fighters. Kamaka is installed as a -230 favorite while Kelley it +180.
Kamaka is 7-2 with one win by submission and the rest by decision. He fought two weeks ago at LFA 87, winning a unanimous decision over Michael Stack. Kelley is 5-1 with three wins by submission and one by TKO. He last in May 2019, submitting Andy Brossett in the first round at AKA: Rite of Passage 7.
