Full card for UFC Fight Night: Cannonier vs. Gastelum

We breakdown Saturday night’s UFC Fight Night card, which features a ranked middleweight bout between Jared Cannonier and Kelvin Gastelum.

The UFC will be back at the APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada for UFC Fight Night: Cannonier vs. Gastelum after being at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas a couple of weeks ago for UFC 256.

The main card for Saturday night begins at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN and will have six fights on it. The prelims currently has six fights on it, which starts at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The main event features a ranked middleweight bout with Jared Cannonier and Kelvin Gastelum. Cannonier has a professional fighting record of 13-5 and is ranked third in the middleweight class. “Tha Killa Gorilla” is coming off an unanimous decision defeat to Robert Whittaker at UFC 254 last year. As for Gastelum, he has a professional fighting record of 17-7 (1 NC) and is ranked ninth in the middleweight division. The 29-year-old is also coming off a defeat to Whittaker at UFC on ESPN 22 in April.

The preliminary card has a few good matchups inside the octagon, which includes the lone women’s bantamweight battle between Bea Malecki and Josiana Nunes. We also get to see Sasha Palatnikov back inside the octagon after he lost to Impa Kasanganay by submission in Round 2 at UFC on ABC 2.
